Soul Care

“Beloved friend, I pray that you are prospering in every way and that you continually enjoy good health, just as your soul is prospering.” — 3 John 1:2

The body, mind, spirit, and soul are intimately connected. Scripture teaches that health in every area is necessary for us to flourish.

Soul Care is a space and starting point to help women find healing from mental, emotional, and spiritual wounds.
Soul Care provides a pathway to healing and helps connect women with appropriate resources.
This is not counseling, but rather a space to connect you with what you need!

If you reach out to a provider and they’re unable to meet your needs, they should be able to provide you with appropriate referrals.

It’s important to note that some of these resources are faith-based and others may not be. Know that we cannot vet every referral, but our hope is that this serves as a launching-point to help you find a clinician or resource that aligns with your needs and your values. It is both appropriate and helpful to ask your potential therapist if they are able to support you integrating your faith into your counseling work if that is something that you desire. Some recommended resources may be curated to a secular audience – we encourage you to use discernment in how you apply the information provided in those resources.
